このサービスと荷物の預かり場所には本当に感謝しています。24時間営業でとても助かります。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。
サービス（場所そのものではなく、ホステル自体は素晴らしいです）に5つ星をつけなかったのは、荷物をどこに保管するかという基準が定まっていないように見えたからです。 私のバッグは受付の隣のソファに置かれていました。それ自体は構わないのですが、誰でも簡単に持ち去れそうな状態でした。バッグを返してくれたスタッフも、単に私の名前を尋ねて、私が答える前にその名前を口にしてしまいました（私なら簡単にその人に成りすますことができたでしょう！）。しかも、私が受け取るバッグの中身を確認することもありませんでした。
全体的には良いサービスですが、次回はノートパソコンを預けることになるので、よく考えてから利用しようと思います。
I really appreciate the service and the storage place for the help. The place is 24 h open which is great. They were also very helpful.
I didn’t give the service (not the place, the hostel is great) 5 stars because they don’t seem to have any standards of where to keep the stuff. My bag was left on a couch next to the reception. It’s ok, but it seemed like anyone could easily take it. The guy who gave it back to me also simply asked for my name and said it before me (I could easily pretend to be that person!) and didn’t take a look at the bag I was picking up.
Overall it is a good service but I’ll think twice next time because I was leaving my laptop there.
