Carrie Septiembre 2026

Very friendly and helpful. That was such a great service considering I didn’t have a whole lot of time to explore before I had to head to the airport. It was nice to feel completely secure in dropping off my bags so that I could just hop on the trolley and head to Pier 39.

Luggage storage location was safe and business was friendly. The location wasn’t easy to find because it’s on the interior of Embarcadero 2 mall and there are no business directories. Booking process was easy, but a bit misleading. There’s a daily rate, but you have to specify a pick up time. The app wants you to pay an extra fee if you are running late, but the business doesn’t seem to care if you are late as long as you are there before they close.
