Unreliable but great customer service
I booked a place to store my luggage in vicinity of my airbnb, but it was closed even tho the sign said it is supposed to be opened. Customer service experience 5/5, lady named Lamia was really polite and helpful, she transferred my reservation to another place but I ended up not using it because I realized it was too far for me. Maybe it would be great to use in a different city.
