Vyzkoušel jsem Radical Storage poté, co jsem si přečetl dobré recenze na TrustPilotu. Vybral jsem si pobočku Lex & 63rd Street, která se ve skutečnosti nachází poblíž 2nd Ave a 65th. I needed a place to leave my trolley suitcase while running around the city for a few hours. I tried Radical Storage after reading good reviews on TrustPilot. I chose the Lex &63rd Street location, which is actually a place near 2nd Ave and 65th. I left my bag, got a number and went on my way. The staff was very friendly with good vibes. It cost me about $7 (which is the daily rate, but I only needed a few hours). It was def better than dragging that trolley with me around the city. Recommend!

Great service!
Great business idea especially for travellers. We went to NYC and our Airbnb host won’t let us drop our luggages earlier than the check in. Good thing - Radical storage is an option and there are multiple locations around the city. We are lucky enough to find one close to our airbnb. Dropping off the luggages and picking it up is easy. The Angel is nice and accommodating. Room for improvement would be, I hope the luggages are in a more secure area. Locked in a storage room or equivalent. Ours was left in a Copy Centre and it was left in the open, visible to customers that come into the store. I was hesitant at first especially it is in New York.
