I had to call the help number. The person on the phone was very helpful and gave me a bigger locker to fit my suitcase.
Also, when I picked up my luggage, I figured out that I still had more than one day left!

I had a hard time finding the place. There was no Radical storage logo. Also, I found out on the spot that I could pay a significantly lower price for my luggage.
