The store assistant is very kind and nice. We arrived a few minutes late after 21:00 and feared for failing to pick up our luggages and missing our plane early in the next morning. It was really very touching to see him waiting for us outside the store. ????????????????????

From Bergen Busstasjon, it takes at least 10 minutes to go there, more if you have big suitcase(s). Google maps suggest a route which include an illegal street-crossing. Include (for instance) Sunkost Bergen Storsenter in your search. The storage seemed unproffecional, untidy, not clean, and with luggage spread around. However, the manager, although not dressed in private clothes instead of uniform, was helpful. The price was about half of another available storage. I would use it again.

You won't know where it is until you've paid for the storage. It says it's at Bergen Storsenter, but it turns out to be a long walk. You feel a bit cheated. But otherwise fine.
